Content policy
The Tay Bac University website is the University’s official information channel on the Internet. Published content is managed in accordance with Vietnamese law on the press, intellectual property, cybersecurity and online information management, and with the University’s Regulation on the management and operation of its website and social media.
Ownership of information
- All information on this website, including articles, images, videos and attached files, is the property of Tay Bac University unless another source or author is clearly stated.
- Any act that infringes ownership rights or violates the law and other regulations of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on information on the Internet is strictly prohibited.
Requirements for published information
- Information on the website is official information of the University and must be lawful, accurate and timely, and must not contain content prohibited by Vietnamese law.
- Articles must be clear, concise and correctly written.
- News about the activities of the University and its units should include at least one good-quality photo.
- Collected or compiled content must clearly cite its sources in accordance with the Press Law, the Law on Intellectual Property and other relevant regulations.
- Personal information of students or staff must not be published without their consent or a legal basis under personal data protection regulations.
Publishing procedure
Step 1: Submission
Units and authors send the information to the Editorial Board via the IT Office.
Step 2: Review
The Editorial Board reviews and edits the content and returns it to the author for revision if necessary.
Step 3: Publication
The Editorial Board forwards approved content to the IT Office for publication on the website.
Where to send articles
News on the website covers University-wide activities, outstanding activities of units and useful information for staff and students. With the prior approval of the Rector or the Editorial Board leadership, information may be sent directly to the IT Office for publication.
Email: bophan.cntt@utb.edu.vn. To ensure image quality, please attach photos directly to the email rather than only inserting them into a Word file.
Citation and reuse of information
- When republishing information from this website, please clearly state “Source: Tay Bac University” with a link to the original article.
- The University’s content and images must not be edited or cut in a misleading way; the University’s logo and name may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
